We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Hypnolux account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

What to Include in Your Request

To help us process your request quickly, please include the following information in your email:

• Subject Line: "Account Deletion Request"
• Email Address: The email address associated with your Hypnolux account
• Account Username: Your display name or username (if applicable)
• Confirmation: A statement confirming that you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Data That Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account profile and authentication information
• All dream journal entries and notes
• Voice recording transcriptions
• Uploaded images
• Dream analysis history and AI interpretations
• Progress tracking data and achievements
• Notification preferences and settings
• Any other personal data associated with your account

Data Retention

Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period after deletion as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Backup copies (automatically purged within 90 days)
• Legal compliance records
• Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you
